What We Do

From strategy to agents —
running on our hardware, not yours.

A scoped engagement that starts with clarity and ends with agents in production on private, EU-resident infrastructure — not a presentation.

  • Vendor landscape review for your context
  • EU AI Act preliminary risk classification (when applicable)
  • Quick wins vs. foundational investments matrix

Scanner Verification

1 week

Deliverable: Written statement of what your tooling can and cannot see, with reproductions

What's included

  • Your scanner run against a corpus of cases where the naive verdict is wrong
  • Reproduction for every case it fails, in a form you can hand to its maintainer
  • The false-clean audit: which gaps your tool reports as compliant
  • A written boundary statement for your evidence file
  • Re-test after you or your vendor ship a fix

Who it's for

  • Teams already running a compliance scanner who have never tried to break it.
  • Anyone who generated their tooling and wants to know what it misses.
  • Organizations whose evidence file rests on a tool nobody has tested.

  • High-risk system identification under Article 6 and Annex III

AI Agent Deployment + Strategy

Audit → Agent design → Deployment phases

Deliverable: Function inventory → designed agents → deployed systems, with the human oversight and logging the Act requires

What's included

  • Function decomposition: which roles can be run by agents, which require human judgment
  • Agent architecture and orchestration (single-agent, multi-agent, human-in-the-loop)
  • Model selection across our private fleet, open-weight models, and frontier APIs
  • Deployment on our private infrastructure — your data never leaves EU-controlled hardware
  • EU AI Act compliance scaffold: oversight, logging, transparency, conformity assessment
  • Workforce transition planning — redeployment, role redesign, change management
  • Quality gates, rollback procedures, ongoing monitoring

Who it's for

  • Organizations with routine functions that agents can carry reliably, so their people carry the judgment work.
  • Teams past the pilot phase — done with "copilots" and ready to delegate functions to agents.
  • EU companies that can't deploy agent workforces casually because of regulatory and data-residency exposure.

How pricing works

We don't publish prices.
Every engagement is sized to the deployment.

Pricing depends on factors that vary widely between clients:

  • Scope and number of functions being agent-replaced.
  • Data residency and regulatory complexity (EU AI Act risk tier, data-sovereignty requirements, sectoral compliance).
  • Whether you deploy on our private GPU infrastructure or your own hardware.
  • Integration depth with your existing systems.
  • Build-and-handoff vs ongoing operation.

After your intake, we typically respond with a scoped quote within 3–5 business days. We are selective about engagements and decline what we can't deliver well.
